We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If things don’t go quite as planned, our returns process is designed to be as clear, transparent, and fair as possible.
🗓️ 1. Standard 28-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

Resale Condition: To qualify for a full product refund, all bed frames, deep divan bases, headboards, and furniture accessories must be completely unused, unwashed, unassembled, and free from structural alterations.

Original Packaging Mandate: Items must be returned securely packed inside their original protective cardboard boxing and heavy-duty wrapping. We strongly recommend only breaking down or disposing of your packaging once you are 100% certain you are keeping the furniture.

Bespoke & Custom Exemption: Because we value individual style, any bed or headboard custom-tailored to a specialized non-standard measurement, modified height, or custom customer-provided fabric configuration is legally exempt from change-of-mind returns and cannot be refunded unless a proven factory manufacturing fault is present.
🛌 2. The Restivo 100-Night Mattress Sleep Trial
We understand that your body requires time to adjust to the advanced alignment and support of a premium new mattress. To give you ultimate peace of mind, our entire collection of luxury pocket sprung and memory foam mattresses is backed by our risk-free 100-Night Sleep Trial.

The 30-Day Adaptation Rule: Science shows it takes up to 4 weeks for your musculoskeletal system to adapt to a new orthopaedic or pocket-sprung mattress layout. Because of this, you must sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights before a sleep trial return can be authorized.

Strict Hygiene Shields: For obvious health and sanitation reasons, mattresses returned under the 100-night trial must arrive back at our facility in immaculate condition. The use of a waterproof mattress protector is mandatory from day one.

Automatic Rejections: We cannot accept returns under the trial if the mattress shows signs of physical damage, localized surface stains, fluid marks, biological soiling, cigarette smoke odors, or tears caused by household pets.
🚚 3. Specialized 2-Man Courier Collection Fees
Handcrafted beds, upholstered ottoman storage kits, and heavy pocket sprung mattresses are classified as heavy, oversized freight items. They cannot be returned via standard postal drop-off points or traditional courier networks.

Arranged Collection Service: If you decide to execute a return within your 28-day window or under the 100-night mattress trial, we will handle the logistical hassle for you by dispatching our specialized 2-man long-haul freight team to retrieve the items directly from your room of choice.

Standard Flat-Rate Fee: To help cover specialized transit and fuel costs, a standard flat fee of £39.99 applies to all large furniture collections across the UK Mainland.

No Upfront Payment Required: You do not need to pay the drivers on delivery day. The collection fee is cleanly and transparently deducted from your final product refund balance before it is issued.

Remote Regional Surcharges: Collection requests processing out of remote geographical zones—including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, and offshore territories—will incur a regional long-haul surcharge starting from £69.99.
🔧 4. Mandatory Collection Preparation Checklist
To maintain safety standards across our transit network and ensure our courier partners can legally accept your return into their transport vehicles, you must complete the following preparation tasks before the crew arrives:
Complete Disassembly: All bed frames, side rails, structural slats, and gas-lift ottoman hydraulic arms must be fully taken apart down to individual components. Our transit drivers are strictly prohibited from disassembling furniture on-site.
Securely Re-Boxed: All loose timber and fabric parts must be packed back securely inside their original manufacturer packaging.
What if I threw away the original boxes? If you have already disposed of the original cardboard boxes, you must contact our customer service team via email before booking your collection. We can dispatch a heavy-duty furniture wrapping and structural boxing kit to your address for an additional packaging fee of £25. Items that are loose or unboxed cannot be accepted by the transit crew.
Stripped Bedding: Mattresses scheduled for a sleep-trial pickup must be completely stripped of all sheets, duvets, pillows, and mattress protectors in readiness for immediate bagging by our drivers.
