Checking the status of your custom build takes less than a minute. You can do it anytime, anywhere.

  • Step 1: Grab Your Details – Locate your unique Order Number (e.g., #RES-10423). You can find this at the very top of the order confirmation email we sent you right after checkout.

  • Step 2: Head to the Portal – Click on the "Track My Order" link in our main website menu or footer.

  • Step 3: Enter and See – Type in your order number and your email address, then hit "Find My Order". You’ll instantly see a live visual progress bar showing your bed's current location in our pipeline.

Because every Restivo bed is custom-made to order, your tracking page will move through four specific, handcrafted milestones:

  • 🛠️ Milestone 1: Frame & Timber Build – Our woodwork team has received your order and is precision-cutting your solid timber frame, structural rails, and slatted base systems.

  • 🪡 Milestone 2: Fabric & Luxury Upholstery – Your chosen material (whether it's our Premium Velvet, Textured Linen, or Performance Bouclé) is being hand-cut, stitched, and upholstered onto your headboard and panels.

  • 📦 Milestone 3: Quality Control & Packaging – The bed is fully assembled in our workshop for a rigorous safety check. Once approved, it is wrapped in heavy-duty protective eco-packaging to keep it pristine during transport.

  • 🚚 Milestone 4: Handed to Logistics – Your bed has been securely loaded onto our delivery vehicle and is officially on its way to your regional area.

📞Booking Your Exact Delivery Slot

Once your bed hits Milestone 4 (Handed to Logistics), you are in total control of when it arrives. We will never just turn up unexpectedly at your door.

  • Interactive Booking Link: Our delivery team will send you a text message and an email containing a private booking link.

  • Pick Your Perfect Day: Click the link to view available delivery dates for your area and select the calendar day that works best for your schedule.

  • The 3-Hour Window: On the morning of your chosen delivery day, we will text you a precise 3-hour delivery window so you don't have to sit around wasting your entire day waiting.

  • The "30-Minute Out" Call: To make things even easier, our drivers will give you a quick phone call roughly 30 minutes before they pull up to your house, giving you plenty of time to make sure you're ready.
