We offer a 30-day returns policy for eligible products. If you change your mind about your purchase, receive an item that is damaged or defective, or would like to request a different size or colour, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with the appropriate return or exchange process.

Your 30-Day Return Options

Subject to the terms and exclusions of this policy, you may contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if:

• You have changed your mind about your purchase.
• Your item has arrived damaged or defective.
• You would like to request a different size.
• You would like to request a different colour.
• The product you received is not as expected or does not meet the agreed specification.

For damaged or defective items, please contact us promptly and provide photographs or videos showing the issue. This helps us assess the problem and arrange the quickest possible solution.

Handcrafted & Made-to-Order Products

Many of our Ottoman storage boxes and other furniture products are handcrafted and made to order specifically for individual customers. 🛠️

Because these products may be made according to your selected size, colour, fabric or other specifications, certain bespoke or personalised items may have different cancellation, return or exchange conditions.

Where a product is custom-made or personalised specifically for you, we will explain any applicable restrictions before your order is placed.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection law, including your rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.

Size & Colour Changes

If you have selected the wrong size or colour and would like to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

For made-to-order items, changes may only be possible before production has started. Once your Ottoman has been handcrafted specifically to your chosen specifications, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

We strongly recommend requesting a fabric swatch before ordering if you are unsure about your chosen colour.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care when manufacturing and packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly.

We may ask you to provide photographs or videos of the damage so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, exchange or refund, depending on the circumstances and your legal rights.

Returns & Collection

Where a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how the item should be returned or, where applicable, arrange collection.

Please do not send a large or bulky item back without first contacting our customer service team and receiving return instructions.

For certain change-of-mind returns, return or collection costs may apply, particularly for large furniture items. Any applicable costs or conditions will be explained to you before the return is arranged.

Refunds
